The Bulloch Alcohol And Drug Council awards a scholarship each year to a high school senior who is enrolled at either Georgia Southern University, East Georgia College, or Ogeechee Technical College. There is specific criteria that has to be met in order to be considered for this scholarship. See the link for further information.
