Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment is a free college program for Georgia high school students. High school students receive both college and high school credit for each course taken at the college level. Grades count toward the high school GPA.  The grading scale is A=99, B=89, C=79, D=70 and F=60. Dual Enrollment courses do not count toward a student's college HOPE GPA, nor do they count toward a student's HOPE Credit Hour maximum of 120 hours.

Requirements:

• Must be a high school junior or senior
• Must have a 3.0 GPA
• Register for ONE of the following admission tests:

1. SAT or ACT  When you register to test, make sure you select to have your scores sent to GSU.
2. Accuplacer-contact the GSU Testing Office at (912) 478-5415 to schedule a time to take the test (free of charge)
