Once you have been accepted by a post-secondary institution complete the Student Participation Agreement.  When you meet with your counselor they will help you complete sections II, III, and IV. Be sure to sign in section V.   Additionally, go to GaCollege411 and complete the MOWR to complete the MOWR online application under application procedure, which can be accessed with this link:
